Just to pour a little water on the hopes of this.
The URC - United Reform Church - cames out of the English Congregational
Union. The Congregational Year Book shows that an English Congregational
Church existed in Senghenydd.
The English speaking chapels rarely, if ever, named their chapels.
The Welsh-speaking chapels have their own Union - The Union Of Welsh
Independents - and Noddfa, a Welsh-speaking chapel, was part of this Union.
So, I am afraid to reveal that this photograph is not of Noddfa, Senghenydd.

Unknown… The URL says URC which means.. the United Reformed Church, ie the
Presb. C of E which amalgamated with the Congregationalists sometime from
1971 onwards... but I don’t know/am not aware of the particular religious
affiliations of this area. Depends on whether Groeswen is still
functioning as a CM chapel.
So, Noddfa might be this one.
