I used to have a URL to the British Library Newspaper Library catalogue -
there still is a link but it is not set out as it used to be.
Anyhow, at a guess, South Wales Echo and Western Mail would be bound to
sold.
Kind regards,
Jill

Subject: [GLA] HELP PLEASE- WHAT NEWSPAPERS WERE IN PRINT IN THE
VALLEYSCIRCA 1915
Hello List.
Does anyone know please as to what papers were in circulation in the Rhymney
Valley circa 1915 onwards.
My grandfather William Thomas disappeared from the family home in 1915, I
know that advertisements were placed in a newspaper in their search for him,
but I don't which one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks
Regards
Lynda Hunt
