Hi Karen, check out the Cambrian index if he died in wales. I found a few
accident details and some deaths of my family here. If you find a reference,
I can check the microfilm of the paper for you.

Looking for a mining accident in middle 1869. How can I find this or
what mine my relative worked in please?
I am assuming he died in a mining accident being only 25 years old.
Thanks
Karen.
