The following site defines 1 Austrian Klafter as 1.8965 m (6.22 ft.).
This then works out for the conversion of 1600 sq. Klafter = 1 Joch = 1.42 Acres.

Subject: [GERMAN-BOHEMIAN-L] Help with feudal measure
I have a book with the following conversion tables for feudal Austria:
1 Klafter = 2.07 feet
1 austrian post mile = 4.9782 english statute miles
1 german geographical mile = 4.61 english statute miles
1 Joch (yoke) contains 1600 sq. klafter = 1.42 acres
1 austrian sq. mi. contains 10,000 yokes = 1.049 geographical sq.
mi.= 22.239 english sq. mi.
A U.S. acre contains 43,560 U.S. square feet. In metrics, a U.S. square
foot is 0.093 square meters. A U.S. acre contains 4,047 square meters.
I can't get the mathematics to make sense for figuring out how many
yokes are in a U.S. acre. I would appreciate it if someone would
illustrate the correct computation so I can see where I am going wrong.
