I am searching for the villages of Leduc, Czechoslovakia and Velke
Chvalovice,Bohemia. I cannot locate them on current maps but family
lived there in 1864. On an old map at the library I found a Ledec nad
Sazavou and wondered if this was Leduc. There was also a Chvalenice.
Does anyone know if these are the villages I am looking for? The
families I am researching are:
Alois Hrdlicka, born April 16, 1864,Leduc, Czech. (Parents names not known)
Anna Tomek, born Dec 1870, Velke Chvalovice, Bohemia, Father: John
Tomek, Mother: Barbara
Alois and Anna's son Charles Martin married Antonia Mrkvicka. Her
Father: Anton and Mother: Maria Yanovic who were also from Bohemia but
village not known.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
