Actually, our database of obituaries that have been indexed goes back to 1995. And
remember, it is not intended to be the obituaries themselves, but it gives you an
indication that there is an obituary in existence. You can search the Internet to find

- it's a listing (summary) of current obits. If the project has been in place for 10
years then 2006 is the oldest you would see. It's not a project to list (for example)
obits from the 1800's, early 1900's etc.
Who is it that you are researching? If (from google) you try 'obit for {name of
deceased}' you might come up with something.
