I have no problem with a site having as many "helpers" as they want or
need. I think we must distinguish between the external portion of the
project that deals with site management, data gathering and researcher
helping and the internal part that deals with how the project is run. I
think we must set a limit on how many people per site can vote. I do not
think we can allow ourselves to again get in the situation of having the
deck stacked.

Re: Number of CCs per County, Assistant CCs, Votes per county
My thoughts on Assistant CCs being non-voting members were based on the
suggestion of a limit of 2 Coordinators (and thus 2 votes) per county or
SP. I do think there is some merit to such a limit, but on the other
hand, what happens with counties or SPs that are lucky enough to have more
than 2 "helpers"? The more help we have, the better our sites will be...
which was my reason for tossing out the idea of having Assistant CCs be
non-voting members. But having voting members and non-voting members
might be a little confusing. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
