I agree that the simple cleanup of deleting the ASC phrase is the easiest way to solve
that problem. I'm just glad that someone else noticed the inconsistency :-). Although
I suppose the argument could be made that it isn't really inconsistent, but I think
the deletion clears it up.

Thanks for adding me to this list I just have a couple of comments.
I dont think we want any wording anywhere that could be twisted to mean
anything other than what it says.
I think we should remove "and Assistant State Coordinator (ASC)"

I dont remember how long it took me to learn HTML & FTPing, but 3 months
seems like enough time to at least learn enough to get by, then keep
learning as you go.

This comment points out an internal inconsistency. In Article 3, we have
stated "The State Coordinator (SC) and Assistant State Coordinator (ASC)
shall appoint County and Special Project Coordinators as described in the
GAGenWeb Policies and Procedures." But in the P&P, appointment of CCs is
listed solely as an SC responsibility.
We could clean this one up by removing "and Assistant State Coordinator
(ASC)" from Article 3.
Your thoughts?
Thanks,
Jacki
