Hypothetical question: What if I do a great job with one of my counties,
but my other county is abandoned or doesn't follow the site requirements?
Would I just lose the one county, and still be a coordinator (and thus a
member) for my other county?
I ask this because... I wonder if we should first define what would cause
someone to lose a specific county or special project they coordinate. If
they no longer coordinate *any* counties/sps, then it would logically follow
that they are no longer a member.

We need to define abandonment of county. I proposed a definition that included not being
on communication with the ASC, SC or their rep. I think that it should include not
updating your site at least once a year.
as for the above, the person would still be a member but lose the county they are not
maintaining. Why remove membership form a CC if they are doing a good job on the other
county? Now if after the loss of the first county the second one goes down the tube, then
removal would be appropriate.
