I think Deborah's language for Article 3(a) is good.
Article 3(b) The idea of only one person voting regardless of how many
helpers/assistant cc's, whatever they might be called is a good one. I
propose we add a subsection (4) that would permit a single helper/assistant
cc to vote in the event the cc is not able to, unless the cc is not in good
standing.
Possibly that could be:
Article 3(b)(4) In the event that a cc in good standing is unable to
participate in an election, the assistant cc will assume the rights of a
"voting Member".
Article 3(c) Loss of voting membership - shouldn't this be any cc that is
not in good standing? Or are we taking the stance that either you're a cc
in good standing, or you're not a cc with GaGenWeb? If this is the case, do
we even need Article 3(c), since abandoning your county/website is the same
as resigning?

Here is a go at draft language

Tombstone Project Coordinator, State Census Coordinator, county record
transcribers, those who help the County Coordinator maintain their site,
etc.

(b) Voting Membership: Voting Membership shall be limited to the County
Coordinators. County Coordinators are defined as the contact people
responsible for maintaining a Project county website. Each coordinator
shall have one vote reguardless of the number of county sites maintained.
(1) There shall be a maximum of two coordinator's per web site.
(2) A Project CC shall maintain a maximum of 3 County sites.
(3) All Voting members shall be subscribed to the GAGEN-l(a)rootsweb.com

from the State Coordinator, Assisstant State Coordinator, or their
representative for minimum of 4 weeks. At that time a county site will be
considered abandoned and the Coordinator will be removed as County
Coordinator.
