Amendments to the Bylaws may be proposed by any member of The GAGenWeb
Project. Proposed amendments must have five co-signers from within the
membership, in addition to the original sponsor. The state coordinator will
moderate a discussion of the proposal on the business mailing list. A
motion and second is required. A formal vote on the amendment requires a
2/3 majority of those voting to pass. If approved, the amendment is
effective immediately unless provisions are made otherwise.

So -- can you think of any way to modify the wording to address your concerns?
Or does there need to be a section of the P&P for it? And if so -- would
you draft something?
