Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Haven't heard no objections to the slight change in wording, I've made the
change to the proposals page. Anything further? If not, could I entertain a
motion that the proposed Articles 3, 4 and Policies and Procedures as
posted on the proposals page be presented to the CCs for a vote? I would
propose setting the vote up so that the CCs could respond with a) accept,
b) reject, return to committee, c) no opinion for Article 3, for Article 4,
and for each numbered section of the P&P.
