I'm forwarding this along to all of you, because we really do want GAGenWeb
CCs to vote in this election. I know most of you don't want to be involved
in the "politics" of USGenWeb, but the leaders elected will be making
decisions that might affect the entire nature of our wonderful, volunteer
organization.
Several GAGenWeb people are on the slate. Please visit the Election page
and see the nominees and also visit their pages to learn more about them.

=========
Ladies and Gentlemen:
Tomorrow the EC will mail out an announce only message
informing the membership of the opening of the USGenWeb Project's Annual
Election. This e-mail contains information on the Election dates and times,
a list of the candidates and notifies the member to watch for their password
e-mail.
On Monday morning July 1, 2002 an announce only mailing will be sent to all
members containing the member's password.
This e-mail should be kept until
the member is ready to vote as the password is required to vote.
Please watch for both e-mails. The subject line of the first e-mail will be
"USGenWeb Announcement" and the 2nd will be "USGenWeb Announcement -
Password'.
There are still a few State Coordinators who have not sent in their
membership list. If is possible that the volunteers of those states will not
receive the e-mails noted above. ***Tim has sent in GA, so you should get
yours**
If you, as a member, do not receive your first e-mail by Saturday please
notify the EC at: usgenwebec(a)mindspring.com
