In reading old books, I have seen
J I C =Justice of the Inferior Court
C S C = Clerk of Superior Court
M G = Minister of the Gospel
May I suggest
J C C A = Justice of the Court, City of Austin

Subject: [GAGEN] What do these initials stand for?

I am typing in some marriages for the Turner County web page and came across
J. C. C. A . The man was a city judge of Ashburn, but I have never
encountered these initials before by the marriage performer's name. Of
course they are in none of my dictionaries. Anyone know what J. C. C.
A.
stands for?
