What happened to the West Virginia library system is what happens to a lot
of folks in the age of the Internet. They expect folks to use what's
available only for them and NOT to share - which of course is what the
Internet is all about.
The fine line becomes a moral issue for each individual - those doing the
sharing mainly - for the end user trusts that the person making the
information available came by it honestly and/or has permission to share it.
