Happy Easter everyone!
I have been busy updating my Twiggs County site and still have lots of work to do, but
would like to take the time now to ask the help of all of my fellow "web page county
hosts" to keep your ears and eyes open for anything related to Twiggs County.
Since the courthouse fire in 1901, it has been a constant struggle for genealogists to
reconstruct its history. Anything at all from another county's early records is a
gold mine! Please send anything you have to me.....
I'm also having a hard time from getting any response from my list subscribers.
Since Twiggs County was one of the early established counties in GA, I would think that
there would be more families that have some kind of Twiggs County connection. Any ideas
on how to get those folks fired up???? Anyone else having this problem?
Thanks for any help.
