I apologize, I sent this to the wrong list...just was not paying close
enough attention to what lists I was checking off to copy this too...no, I
don't have direct ties to the Ivey line though I do know some about the
lines which came out of Colonial VA into NC and then later into SC and
GA....copied some data from files in the VA Archives and also in the VA
Historical Society pertaining to a lot of families that settled in NC and
later moved in South Central GA. Again, I apologize for sending this to
this list as it was intended for only county lists...and surname lists and
some cousins....Gloria

Need Help Please .....Im researching my IVEY ancestors who lived in
GEORGIA at
some point in time. I only have one name to go on, Which is:
Edith IVEY born in 1820's. I want to know her PARENTS names. Edith also
went by the name EADYAN IVEY. She married a Vining man abt 1844 and had 6
children, I have all that information, but I need information on her BEFORE
she married. If anyone has an Edith or Eadyan Ivey in their ancestor family
circles who was born in early 1800's please email me. ANY help appreciated.
Thanks.Kat
