I don't believe Donna answered the question as to whether or not she
wishes to still participate in GaGenWeb, nor do I see any move on her part
to put any data back on that site. This is a clear cut case of using
GaGenWeb to get data for other sites and Forsyth is rich in history. We
are doing a disservice to our visitors by allowing this to continue without
Donna telling us what information she plans to put on the site and when.
There is no addition of data to the site, in a one year period. So she is
not in compliance and the question still needs to be answered, does she
want to participate or not? Someone had sent me a clip from where she had
stated "she was ready to go", I looked through my email for it, and I don't
see it, and I don't remember who sent it, if she feels like she is ready to
go then let her so that someone can do something with the site. I frankly
am embarrassed with it.

Subject: [GAGEN] Compliance
I received an email from Tim sent last night
about getting my page in compliance.
I worked on it this morning.
I believe I have it within the guidelines.
If some of you have time, I would appreciate you
looking it over. It is hard to proof read your
own material.

I would like a letter from the Board when they
agree it is in compliance.
Thank you.
