FYI - I called Knology (of course it's not them) but they humored me and
"refreshed" my email address after checking to see if I had anything in the
"queue". Wyndell had sent the email to both GAGen and me. I got his to me
before calling. As soon as they "refreshed" me the message from Wyndell to
GAGen came to me along with a few other messages. Wonder how since nothing was in my
"queue" that appeared. She told me it wasn't in the queue they had a
problem with the date stamp. Let's see it was one message sent by one person with 2
different times on it. I don't think a date stamp problem is all they are having.
My suggestion is if you are having problems with a "Knology" address have them
call Knology (706)221-1000 selection number 3. Tell Knology their system isn't
communicating with Rootsweb, please "refresh" my email address.

Last week I ask if anyone is experiencing any problems with receiving
Rootsweb mail. Apparently no one was - holidays and etc. Now I'm
receiving emails saying I'm being dropped from lists as I'm causing an

problem? I sent an email to Knology to see if they are experiencing any
problems with others.
Any clues?
As a manager for several county mailing list, I have received many bounce
notices from your isp. Seems most say they are unable to 'open the
mailbox' and have given up. <g> Think the problems is with
knology.net,
rather than Rootsweb.
