I went a bit further than google. I checked the whois database which is
maintained on website registrations. Both the administrative and technical
contact are in Quebec. Be aware that they are automatically outside US law
since it is a foreign company. Things like spam etc will not be prosecutable
at all nor would any thing like identifty theft or credit card fraud. They
may be totally legitimate but you are a lot better off dealing only with US
companies. Beside what can they really bring to the game. If you want your
site to be indexed do the things that make it attractive to the majors like
Google, Yahoo, and Altavista to index and don't worry about some outfit you
never heard of before. Also the guy that is the administrative contact has a
Yahoo email address. Online email addresses like Yahoo, hotmail, and similar
are used by many as throw away addresses. If you start getting too much
email at that address you simply abandon it and move to another.
No but I would be wary...I googled them and I only see where they
charge
for
services to promote webpages and products.
