Thanks, Howard. What I want to do is to transcribe the Lincoln County Slave
Schedules. Can't do that from Ancestry database.
I need a CD I can purchase or I will have to go to the library and find the
microfilm which is a pain. I have seen transcriptions on several county
sites and wondered if one of the CCs might know from what source the data
was transcribed.

If you have a subscription to Ancestry, you can access the 1850 and 1860
Schedules here:
http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=List&dbid=8055&offerid=0%3...
for 1850 and
http://content.ancestry.com/iexec/?htx=List&dbid=7668&offerid=0%3...
for 1860.

Does anyone know where I could purchase a CD or other medium for the
Slave
Schedule for 1850-1860. I would like to transcribe them, but cannot find
them. I have used AllCensus in the past for CDs, but they do not have the
Slave Schedules on CD. Last resort would be to use the microfilm.
