Hello Everyone,
I just found this site and wanted to get the word out. I found about the Georgia Virtual
Vault that actually has online for FREE images of death certificates in Georgia from 1919
to 1927. How cool is that!!!
I just wanted to pass the word just in case there were some out there that didn't
know. I am going to post the link to the site on my three county sites.
The link is

I know that I have probably said this and it is for Missouri, but it may
be of use to you all if you do not know about it. The Sec of State of
Missouri has, on her site, images of death certificates for 1910-1956,
in pdf format. The years 1938-1944 are not fully up, though a few from
1938 and 1944 can be found. It is a wonderful resource, and may help
Georgia folk track their kin and where they died. I have found at least
two for relatives who were not Missourians or did not know were
Missourians. I think Utah has a similar database. But excellent that
there are death certificates there for all. I will pass this on to my
county site and also to folks in my tree that may have had relatives
come through Georgia at some point.
