Pat and all,
The site has a built-in link checker. It is on a 72 hour cycle. If for any
reason the link does not open, within 60 seconds at the time of the check,
the link is shown broken. A non-response could be anything from a hiccup by
the hosting server of the site to a true page down. Once the site is shown
broken, the CSS styling has drawn a line thru the link. I¹ve cut that off.
It will send an email to the admin showing the broken links detected and
once they are double checked, they are marked not broken¹ or, if truly
broken, notice is sent to the CC. This whole process just helps us admin
the site a little better.
Thanks for bringing it up.
Roger

LOL...no you may not!
That is something to do with broken links and Roger could better explain it
than I can. I do know that it doesn't necessarily mean the link is broken
right now....

I just noticed that some counties have strike-throughs in the name of the
county.

Gwinnett is one of them, but there are others that are not up for adoption
and have strike-throughs in the name. It makes me feel insecure. Does this
mean I can take some time off? :-)
