For those who don't this, if you get yourself a gmail account you can set up
a Google site FOR FREE. There are some limitations however they are HIGHLY
customizable and it is virtually impossible for them to become infected.
has a special going on 6 mo free hosting on any hosting package.
WITHOUT the discount a domain name and 1 YR hosting for their basic
package is only 29.95 per year.
I can accomodate 5 sites at
, and that is a 1and1 hosting
account that account has the extra upload/download antiv/malware
protection.. I can set it up as a subdomain of
and I can accomodate 5 more sites there.
Some options to think about for everyone.

What an awful event. I'm so sorry for everyone who's
affected. All we
want to do is
something worthwhile, like upload waiting cemetery transcriptions, and,
oh yeah, work for
a living.
I have various links to the national and project sites, not just on my
index pages, but
also many interior pages (my five county sites are all pretty beefy, with
lots of
cemetery transcriptions and other vital records). I don't know how I'd
have the time to
remove all those links and then put them back, so I just hope everything
works out OK for
my visitors.
