My request may be completely out of line and if so, please forgive.
In July, 1965, my brother, Kyle David Hancock, and his bride, Carolyn Patricia
Hancock, were traveling through Calhoun, Georgia. Kyle was bringing his bride,
Carolyn Patricia, home to meet his parents in Townsend, Tennessee.
There was an accident in or near Calhoun early morning of July 17, 1965. I
wondered if there was a local paper and if anything had appeared in paper
regarding this accident. I was living in California at the time.
HANCOCK, Kyle David -- 19, with the US Navy, Brunswick, Ga., formerly of
Knoxville died Saturday from injuries received in a automobile accident near
Oakman, Ga. July 17.
Thank you,
Deanna Carolyn Hancock (Maxwell) Cooley
