You are incorrect. Doc has placed himself in the position of a
cybersquatter. An organization called WIPO handles domain name disputes.
We have a good case and I think we would win. Let's hope it doesn't come
to this.

I went back and found my cancelled check from 1996 yesterday
where I paid Doc
for the Domain. He subsequently registered .COM in his own
name. I have
forwarded that note to Tim and other board members, but as I
see it, there is
really noone or organization in place that can take action on
this matter.
While I or someone else might write a letter to Internic, no
one can take
action or responsibility for the group. I might succeed in
getting the
domain name transferred back to me, but quite frankly I'm in
no mood to take
all the accompaning flack from the caball that would accuse
me of trying to
steal it.
