Tim,
Bless your heart, whatever that is, really got ahold of you. You and your wife will be in
my prayers. Please get take care of yourself, and get well soon.

Folks,
This is a note to inform you that I'll be out of touch for at least a
couple of days if not more.
My wife took me to the doctor Monday after a round of cookie tossing and
difficulty swallowing.
The doctor said it was some sort of something I've never heard of, much
less trying to pronounce. He said
my neck glands were the most swollen he'd seen. He said it was not strep
throat but some other something.
I've been given some sort of drug to take care of that, plus asked to push
fluids and rest along with
alternating Advil and Tynelol every 3 hours. So this is written as a 'let
you know my status' while
I'm up for fluids.
Last night my left eye closed for the second night and after getting it
open 2 or 3 times only to have
it close again in 15-20 minutes I gave up and went to bed.
Early this AM my right ear woke me with pain close to what a kidney stone
feels like. In other words
one you can not get relief from no matter what - not fun in the least. So
this PM I have yet another
2 pills a day to take. 21 pills a day is no fun.
I realize that I owe several of you notes, but they will have to wait until
I can see more clearly
than one eye allows, for while my left eye is now open, it's weak, so I'm
trying to 'save' it for going
to work, hopefully tomorrow unless my wife over-rules me...
While I care deeply for the Project, I care for my health more.
Tim
Rest and get well Tim, we are all thinking of you. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Thanks Tim.
I even checked to make sure I had not placed the lists on the block sender
list by accident.
Thanks for checking for me.

Hi folks,
I figured I should update you all on my present situation.
I am now working in Greenville, SC. I work from 6 pm to 4:30 am and will
be doing so (unless a change is made in the job or some unforeseen
situation arises) for the next 3-7 months.
This means I will have a little less time to devote to GAGenWeb than
before. However, I am online everyday and can answer email immediately
when the need arises.
There have been emails over the past few days. If you sent one, please
know that I will respond over the next week. I'm just getting settled
here in SC and am trying to catch up.

In case you've not seen this:
http://www.heritagequestonline.com/index
take a gander at it.
These are the actual census images.
I checked my surname Abercrombie for 1870, GA and found several instances.
They have the 1790, 1800, 1810 and 1870 census online, apparently for
all states available, although I'm not completely sure of that.
Anyway, it appears to be a neat resource.
