It seems to me that there is a better use of time than Ken putting up all of
those urls. Recently I added a New Posts
http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/ga/madison/new02.html on the Madison
County GAGenWeb Archives page. Madison County folks can go to that and see
what has been added. It's a little more work for me but it makes all the
Madison County Researchers very happy. I send a message to the Madison Co
List every so often to remind them to look to see what has been added.

Virginia,
Personally speaking I didn't have any complaints on receiving the emails
until recently.
They have grown HUGE with adding the bio/family group sheet project and
just
today
I was wondering how tedious that one must be, since it's obviously gotten
an
overwhelming response. I'm not sure what the answer is. It
certainly does
generate
interest to post new additions to the mailing list. However, in view of
the
large volume
of family group sheets that are coming in now, I would certainly agree
that
Ken needs help
in some way. I personally feel it wouldn't be a problem letting this one
go
if we can get
all the archive managers to post their new additions to that counties
mailing list.
In that way we all only have to get emails pertaining to the counties in
which we are
researching.
