Great Job everyone... we keep moving up on those kbs!!
But more importantly, I believe that many more people are contributing
their data to the Archives and also turning to us when they're looking for
information.
Here's an idea I had to help build that bridge with the GA CCs....which is
certainly improving...
I had previously mentioned that I've now made it the practice to "thank"
the person (and I usually do this from the County page when I'm
doublechecking to be sure it loaded right)..... that I also send a copy to
the County List.
I've found that this brings in more contributions.
I had always thought about sending it to the CC at the same time (just to
let them know about it and that we were keeping them informed and working
as a team)....but it seemed to take so long to go back to the Table to get
the CC and his address.
So today I thought of adding the CC's name and e-mail at the bottom where
we link to their county page. I realize that these CCs change....but still
I thought it might be worth the extra effort. With it ON the page, I can
quickly pick up the e-mail and include it in the "thank you" note. That
way the CC is getting it personally and not just as part of the County List....
If you have some other suggestions on this "bridge building"....do share
them. I think the one on one relationship is the way to do this.
Thanks again for all your team work!!
