That was easy - got it fixed. Changed the name of the folder to newspapers.
Let me know if there is anything else I need to fix.

This is not the TOC. This is the plain text ftp directory.
If you used /newspaper/ instead of /newspapers/ your file is not going
in the correct category. It is going into misc. I check this earlier this
year. /news/ won't work either.
