Darrel Bell, Jim Powel, Jr and Patrice Green andme and let us know if the problem has been
solved. Several of you have made help requests, we have responded to you, and we assume
since we have received no further contact that the issue has been resolved. Please also
do not delete the receipt request, thats the only way we have of knowing you received the
e-mails we send.
As soon as things settle down a bit, I am going to install a help desk for issues
regarding the webspace, you will submit support tickets for issues and that way requests
and responses can be tracked. This help desk will be for all website issues regardless of
where it resides as we may be able to assist you with some issues while other issues would
have to be taken to the hosting company's Tech Support and we can track whether or not
the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
This will be another project that a few volunteers will be needed for so come on guys and
gals put on your Volunteer Hats and line up behind the project you would like to help
with.
