To Whom it May Concern:
I have been a participant in this list for many years; volunteering and
sharing cemetery surveys, census records, pension records, research ideas,
hints on family history, and discovering details about my ancestors for
many
years. Most of it was on this list. I wish to publicly thank all of you
that may have assisted me in the past (IF there are any of you still left
on
this list).
I am disgusted at the petty, childish, and rude comments I have recently
seen on this list from allegedly grown adults who are acting like
children.
I have remained quiet and deleted many of the harsh and disrespectful
email
comments in the past and hoped it would all be temporary. I hoped the
more
mature and logical adult members would rise up in indignation and return
to a kinder and gentler and friendlier way of sharing genealogy
information.
My hopes have proved to be futile.
The email below is clearly the final straw for me. I have no hope left for
the rehabilitation of this list.
If there is just one more mature adult remaining in this group, then I
ask,
Please, Unsubscribe me from the list. I am done with you.I wish you all a
speedy recovery from whatever ills may possess you.
Sincerely,
Stan Peacock

Peggy,
THE PAGE IS GONE, yes I agree. However the graphic is still there. It is
NOT an icon, it is in the decole/Pasco/images folder on the server.
Obviously YOU placed it there as YOU are the CC of record at this time.
Please
remove the graphic image named pascobnr.gif from the
fl-genweb.org server
AND from YOUR computer and anyone else that might have it must also
remove
it.. Your possession of it is a violation of my copyright. I am asking
for
the final time. My next e-mail will be to the h osting company to inform
them of the violation of MY COPYRIGHT that exists on the
fl-genweb.org

ignored.
It is a violation of 1and1.com's terms of use for you to violate

Peggy,
if it were GONE as you insist then when the url of the graphic would not
have an error page.
I agree the PAGE was replaced but the graphice still resides at THIS URL:
http://fl-genweb.org/decole/Pasco/images/pascobnr.gif
You do not have MY permission to have that graphic on any server, your
computer or in your or FLGW's possession in any shape manner or form.
Remove
it immediately or suffer the consequences. Your choice entirely.

Try looking in the decole/pasco images folder. That is where it is the
URL tells you that.
