I think that the Yukon also flows north, but that may not count since we
really don't count ourselves at times as part of America, but it is
definitely part of the Northern hemisphere. But we do take American money
even if we do add beards and mustachios to the presidents to make it local
legal tender when tourists ask if USA money is legal in Juneau or Anchorage
or Fairbanks.

3) All County Coordinators MUST subscribe to our mailing list. All matters
regarding the project will be posted and discussed here. Due to the large
number of counties and coordinators involved, the state coordinator cannot
always email each of you individually when changes or messages need to be
relayed, so this list is a VITAL link in keeping everyone informed. This
list is NOT for posting of queries, but is for FLGenWeb Project business and
site development discussion.

Some new FLGenWeb Logo Designs dead link
Cathy Burnsed, our Archives Coordinator, has put a page online where you may
send submissions for new logo designs to represent FLGenWeb Project. After
we get a few more designs in the collection, all County Coordinators will be
asked to vote on the one we want to use, so go take a look!

Hi CCs,
A DRAFT of the new FLGenWeb site is available at
http://www.flgenweb.net.
It still needs proofing and I know there are many broken links. I've
corrected those that I know. But I need your help!
If each CC would check the info on their own county and send any necessary
corrections to me, I would appreciate it. For example some of the Queries
and Archives are located at different places. Could you also update any
information on Genealogy and Historical Societies in your area. The same
for Libraries with Genealogy Departments or any other Florida resource
that is not already listed.
Under Interact, please check the mailing lists, message boards and send
any groups for your counties to me also.
There is no rush.
Neither the Calendar nor the Search function is compete yet. That will be
next on the list.
One more thing -- would you all take a look at
http://www.flgenweb.net/county/queries.html and
http://www.flgenweb.net/county/archives.html and let me know which you
think is the best arrangement for the right column?
May Santa bring you the clue you need to knock down YOUR own brick wall.
Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year.
Rel@ively,
Patrice
P.S. Please don't change the FLGenWeb link on your county pages until
Darrel gives you the OK.
