Hi there guys and gals,
I am having a problem that you all can assist with. Here it goes.
If you e-mail me about an access problem with your website, I give it top prioity and
attempt to find a solution ASAP. I usually respond within an hour of being informed of the
problem.
All I am asking is a return e-mail to let me know if the problem has been resolved. Some
of you have been having issues and I have been trying to resolve them, ( you know who you
are, so I won't name names )however I have no clue if these are a continuance of the
original issue, or something new has popped up.
So, I have decided that if you e-mail me about a problem, I send a remedy, you MUST e-mail
me back and say: Yeah it worked, or so sorry but the problem is still there. Unless you
do, I have no way of knowing if we are dealing with and isolated incident or a continuance
of an ongoning issue. If I don't hear anything from you after an incident one way or
another, the next time you have an FTP issue, my only choice will be to have you move the
site to a different server within the FLGenWeb system in an effort to aleviate the
situation and correct it once and for all. No one wants to move their site again, but if
you don't let me know if the solution is working or not, that is the only option I
have to correct what maybe an ongoing situation if you contact me about the same issue
again a month later.
I have to know if t is something I can do or if I have to contact the host for a remedy to
the situation.
Thank you all for your cooperation in this matter.
