This is an announcement message from the USGenWeb Election
Committee. Please forward to all USGenWeb Members and appropriate lists.
This is a reminder that voting for the USGenWeb National Election 2003 will
end this Thursday, July 31, 2003 11:59 pm CST. Any votes cast after that
time will not be counted.
All Passwords have been sent. If you have not received a password, please
contact the Election Committee immediately via either

Time is short. The EC will do everything possible to see that a password
is sent or resent, but members who wait until the last minute may not have
an opportunity to vote.

Follow the instructions on the form.
It is recommended that you copy and paste the password into the voting form
to ensure accuracy.
You may only vote one time. If you cast a second vote it will be discarded
UNLESS your first attempt was an error where NO vote was cast.
Votes cast by ineligible members will not be counted.
All USGenWeb Members as defined in the USGenWeb Bylaws are eligible to
vote. All members may vote for National Coordinator, and Representative At
Large. Only those members qualified to vote in a given
region/area/position may vote for a candidate in the respective
region/area/position. On the Election Committee National Election 2003
FAQ page you will find a list of the Regions, and states within each
region.
