Dear Jim:
All sounds good to me.
And about that Jan. meeting. With the holidays it may be a good idea just
that one month to move the meeting. Some may be traveling during that
timeframe. And it would make it very close to New Years Day if it remains
as set.

Great responses.... This is what I would like to do....
The "closed to public comment" portion of the meeting will
begin tomorrow. (Remember, if you have a comment during
that portion of the meeting, send it to a Board Member
privately.)
I would like to call the motion on the Rules of Procedure at
that time, if there is no further discussion. I would then
like a motion to refine the outlined Grievance Procedure, by
committee or an individual. Once those items are off the
floor I'll entertain a motion to adjourn for this year.
BTW... The first monday is on the 4th of January... It
takes a unanimous vote of the Board Members to cancel a
meeting, maybe we want to add that it takes a unanimous vote
of the Board to reschedule one. Having said all of that
maybe we should consider a motion to move the meeting to the
second monday of January. I am sure we can make it
unanimous.
Opinions on all of the above please.....
Jim
