The Closed portion of the first FLGenWeb Advisory Board is
officially called to order. Jim Powell - Acting Chair.
I would like to place Bob's previous motion on the table, if
Bob does not object. We have a previous second by Cindy. I
am calling for discussion. Only Board Members are allowed
to discuss this motion at the present time. If you are a
board member and read this message and have nothing to say,
please respond to the list that you have read the motion.
Please limit discussion to this motion. After we have a
vote on this motion, I will present proposed Rules of
Procedure for this list and meetings. I will then call for
a motion or discussion. It is now after 7:30 am Nov. 12, I
will be back online by 6:00 this evening.
If Bob does object to his previous motion being placed on
the table, discussion of this issue is still in order.
Discussion by Board Members only. Again if Bob has a
problem with this motion being on the table, I would
appreciate a similar motion being made by any member of the
Board. If this is the case I will act on the new motion as
soon as I return from work.
Note: As we are on a mail list and we are all here at
different times, I believe it is in our best interest for
the chair to present options as above.
I would like to ask that the Nassau Co. recommendation be
removed from the motion until Darrel has given us an update
on Nassau Co.
