The original tithe applotment books were microfilmed by the LDS in 1959 (and
again in 1990). They have now been digitised and can be viewed in your
local LDS family history library over the LDS intranet.
(The "key" above the "camera" indicates because of the agreement that
LDS has with PRONI, they can't offer it over the internet but have to
restrict it to their intranet).
The tithe applotment records are essentially a form of land tax used to fund
the Church of Ireland.
