I found in the ancestry electoral rolls for Stanley. The last being in
1980, he was listed as a carpenter living at 136 Linden St,
Sutherland, NSW. The only other person at the same address was
Winifred Christina. I could not find the daughter listed at the same
address in any of the entries, she must have either died, moved out or
In ancestry I found the death for Stanley. He died 29 Sep 1993 and his
ashes interred at Woronora Memorial Park, NSW. It included a link to
the web site which has this information. If you go directly to the web
and do a search you should find his record.
Raymond is in the electoral rolls up to 1963 living with his parents
Henry John and Irene Evelyn Frances at 66 Toronto Parade, Sutherland
NSW. He was a painter.
Raymonds burial record can be found in ancestry in the Sydney,
Australia, Anglican Parish Registers, 1814-2011 database. He is listed
in the register of St John the Baptist, Sutherland and was buried on
1st April 1975 at Woronora Cremetorium aged 44. He was also known as
"Mick". He died 27th March 1975 at St Vincent's Hospital. Brother of
Stanley ("Bill") and his wife and daughter Irene. He also has an entry
on the findagrave website.
The last electoral roll entry for both Henry John and Irene Evelyn
Frances was 1968 at 66 Toronto Parade, Sutherland, NSW he was a
railway employee. Henry died 12 October 1872, was cremated at Woronora
and can be found in the findagrave website. Irene Evelyn was listed in
the register of St John the Baptis, Sutherland. She died 11 Dec 1970
at Kareena Hospital and was cremated on 14th Dec 1970 at Woronora
Crematorium aged 70.
I assume Stanley's daughter is named Irene (after her grandmother)
given the entry of Raymond's death. Unfortunately I have not been able
to find any more information as there are several people named Irene
Willis. If only we had a second given name to go off. Does your cousin
remember any more details regarding her name?
Anyway hope this information helps.
