DISOBEYING A FATHER'S WILL. l SPECIAL TELEGRAM TO THE "ECHO."] A
remarkable will case was decided in Dublin yesterday. A wealthy farmer
named Knox, in county Fermanagh, bequeathed his property to his son on
condition that he married a Protestant of Protestant parents. The son
went Into possession, but lately married his maid- servant, a Roman
Catholic. Yesterday the will was upheld, and the executors will now
dispossess the son, and divide the property amongst the other children.
