Speaking of maps, can anyone make a suggestion where this might be located?
Just found my 4th g grandfather in 'Passengers from Ireland Between 1811-1817' and
it lists him as being from 'Kelty Glas'. It has an (?) after the entry. He sailed
on the Brig Pallas, arriving at Philidelphia on 7/2/1812.
Can anyone point me to a correction of spelling or an interpretation of this town name so
I can locate it on a map?
Other towns listed for other passengers include:
Culdaff
Catridge
Ballymalland
Fermanagh
Frillick (?)
Donemanna
Ballyeronan
Drumnacross
Magillegan
Jones Town
Tyrone
Cloonish
Clandehork and
Kilrea
The mis-spellings are verbatim from the baggage list entries.
Thank you
-Jennifer

Subject: Re: [FER-GOLD] Fermanagh Maps
Hi Jan:
I can't quite believe what I am seeing. The webmaster asking us?
Anyway, I have just opened up the Fermanagh Gold home page and clicked
on Site Contents and then About Fermanagh which leads you to a map
available from
expedia.com.
Did I misunderstand the question?
Cheers
Bill

Hi list
I have seen some references in the past about Fermanagh maps. Can anyone
suggest a good series of modern Fermanagh maps which can be purchased?
Thanks for your help
