Perhaps you can help: after 3 or 4 weeks of successful use of the software, I am, for no
apparent reason, now unable to start the software and receive an error message which
"The application failed to initialise properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate
It is then necessary to click OK twice to close the box. After seeing what a very
powerful and user-friendly program it is, am very frustrated at this turn of events. I
have reinstalled the software but to no avail. I should welcome some advice if thgere is
anyone who can help, please.
My operating platform is Windows XP Home.
