If I've understood your question correctly ...
One obvious place would be in the CENS (Census) records.
Several ways to see this; one is
Open the Records Window
Select an individual (try one with and one without the information for comparison)
Click on the + to the left of the name, this expands the record structure to the first
Click on the + to the left of a Census record to expand it another level. If the
individual has a Census record created with Gedcom
Census/Ancestral Sources you should see the Census Date and Age recorded there. If it was
created without GC/AS you probably won't
see them, but you can add them manually (right click on the Census record and you'll
get a context menu of options; fields that
already exist will be greyed out).
You can also do this from the 'All' tab on the RHS of the Focus window, or in the
'All' tab of the Individual dialog accessed by
double-clicking on an individual in a diagram.
