hang of how to change the automatic sentences that FH generates but I will have another go
I must admit that I was surprised that the way the address at census time is displayed in
reports is not something I can alter after all. But as I am still discovering aspects of
FH4 and its a case of a race against advancing years to do as much family research as
possible, I decided not to embark on spending the time involved in the additional
'learning how to' that upgrading to a new version entails (I have already seen
version 6 mentioned!).

In narrative reports the sentences appear as (for
instance), 'He appeared in the census on 5 April 1891 in
Beccles. The address was Old Market, Beccles .' But that is
easy to rewrite in the Word doc version of the rtf
report. It is the summary reports which are not only less
neat but also can be liable to error if I did not match the
census number with the correct census year.
