Not family historian I know, but take a look at phpgedview if your web site supports php.
It is excellent, just use FH to clean off living people can then upload the .ged file.
This is a great program and its free, take a look at
If you don't have php support there are lots of other programs that take ged files and
create html pages, gedhtree to name one.
