Middlesbrough is in North Yorkshire whereas Hull is in the East Riding, but
maybe records for Hull are kept at Middlesbrough I don't know. I would have
thought though that the PRs for a Hull church would be at Hull Archives?
Middlesbrough Archives are called Teesside Archives and you will find a
link I believe on the North Yorkshire pages of the Genuki website under the
heading Archives and libraries.
Go to www.genuki.org.uk
England then on to Yorkshire and select the link
for the North Riding for Middlesbrough. Select East Riding link to find
Hull and the Archives link for that City.

Subject: [ERY] Catholic Archives for Hull churches and info. on the Irish
I would be very grateful if someone could help me to find the parish
records for St Patrick's Church and archives for St Patrick's School. The
church no longer exists but I believe the records maybe at Middlesbrough
Diocese. So far no luck getting any information about achives kept in
Middlesbrough. Also would like to find the 19th century parish records for
St Charles. Infact any information about the early Catholic churches in
Hull especially those that would have been used by the Irish community would
be veryu welcome.
I'm trying to track down some very itinerant families who moved
alot but seem to have settled in the central area of Hull although most of
their area has now been demolished.
Researching these Catholic families:
