Thank you for reporting the problems you've experienced in receiving mail
from the internet.
You might want to check Keyword: Spam Folder to see if the e-mail you are
wanting is being moved to your Spam Folder. If it has, a few times of
highlighting the e-mail that you wish to receive and clicking the This is Not Spam
button, will train the software in what you wish to receive.
The TOSGeneral mail box was created to address the broader topics pertaining
to the AOL Terms Of Service. A number of other mail boxes have also been
created to assist members with more specific concerns and questions.
