I'm an arthritic, one fingured typist, so here ids an abbreviated 1891
John Harwood TATE aged 57 b. Rimswell, M. and his son, George, aged 29, also
M. born Tunstall, ERY living at 25 1/2 (25 and a half) Durham St., Sutton on
Hull (Southcoates) where they were Dock Labs. They had a widow, Maria DAY,
Servant and Alf. JONES a boarder.
The parishes of Welton and Melton are to the east of Hessle and Kirk Ella
which are to the east of Hull.
I do have note of a small family of TATEs in Welwick between 1700 & 1800 if
you ever get back to that date in or near Welwick, ERY
The ELGEY family you quoted are one of mine!
