Dear List,
At this moment in time I am working on a project involving local genealogy in the Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Dorset, areas.
What I am looking for is people with a connection to this area, who emigrated, or have genealogical connections to families that came from the South West of England, or both. I know that all of you on this list have connections to the area in some way or another.
I would like to interview you, by e-mail, for a perspective series of articles on your connections with The South West Of England. Who your ancestors are, including their lives, loves, histories, and stories connected to them. And why you feel the need to research your family genealogy.
I believe that these stories are of a deep human interest, and that their relationship to the history of the South West of England is both profound and important. I am hoping that some of you will be willing to share these stories with me.
If you are willing to be interviewed by e-mail about your ancestors. Then please feel free to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you. Please e-mail out side of this list.
Kind Regards,
Nick Ingram.
