Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Thanks for that information. I was hoping to get an idea of where, within
the cemetery, to search for the gravesite. I don't have a plot number. I
don't know the history of the cemeteries, so I'm unaware if there is a
"rural" area or not.
I am new to the list. I am trying to locate the grave of my aunt, Ruth
Gibson, who died in Middlesboro in October of 1926. Her death certificate
shows she was buried in Hurst Cemetery, but lists place her at Middlesboro
Cemetery. I believe they are adjacent to one another. I wondered if a map
was available of either cemetery? I'm traveling from California and will
have limited time in Bell County. I was hoping to try to gather as much
information on the burial site as possible before I leave.
Also, would anyone have a list of undertaker's for Middlesboro back during
that time? Certificate of death show it as "Gibson Brothers". Because of
the name & time period, I'm wondering if her father & uncles buried her or
if there was an actually business with that name.
Any suggestions or information will be appreciated.
